Our coach is a brand new 2023 Thor Geneva 31VA. Perfect for your next road trip, this motorhome is easy to drive, and comfortable for everyone on the drive. It has lots of seating with 7 seatbelts and sleeps 8 guests comfortably.
What’s included
It comes fully prepared with blankets, towels, toiletries and kitchen wear. There are two TV's inside and one outdoor TV to enjoy some down time during your trip. Our rig also comes with board games, Keurig coffee maker, 4 adult camping chairs, one folding table, one portable outdoor fan, lantern / flashlight, and an outdoor rug to enjoy being outside under the stars, by the fire or watching TV. All utility hookup supplies included.
Feel safe while driving with the upgraded SmoothTech suspension system by Mor-Ryde. All tires are monitored with a pressure monitoring system for an added safety measure while traveling. Our rig is also equipped with side view cameras that activate when the blinker is engaged and also has a back up camera.
Our goal is to make sure guests are safe, comfortable and have everything they need to make their stay stress free and memorable.

Things to know
Pets welcome. Any interior/ exterior pet damage will be assessed and deducted from deposit if needed.
Only use the RV toilet paper provided.
Please return the RV with the same amount of gas that you left with; otherwise an added fee will be charged of $45 per quarter tank to refill.
Cleaning Policy; We ask that you take out all the trash when you leave, pre rinse any dirty dishes and place them in the sink, and place all used towels on the shower floor.
Please NO smoking, off-road travel, or Festivals ( i.e. Burning Man).
Before returning; Please clean the inside of the RV per our cleaning policy, and empty grey and black tanks.
