Things to know
Please Note:
-Ask us about deliveries as availability may vary
-Easy pick up with lock box
-Both Grey and Black water tanks must be emptied and flushed before return. (A $75 Dump fee would be added if not dumped)
-Camper must return in the same condition you received it. All trash is to be removed and basic cleaning supplies are available along with vacuum and dust pan. You can also wish to choose the cleaning fee of $125 to enjoy your time to the fullest.
-Any deep cleaning needed such as stains on seating, mud, sand, scrubbing of awning will have an add on fee of $175
RULES:
Minimum renter age of 25
Awning must be closed during any potential high winds. Any awning damages in need of repair will result in deposit held plus any additional fees that may apply.
Any missing or damaged items will result in replacement fees.
Please NO SMOKING OR VAPING and NO PETS. Additional cleaning fees will apply.
Please no candles inside the camper
Please remember this is our home away from home as well. Please respect it as your own. Most importantly, Enjoy your stay!!
