This is a nice new clean camper and the interior will be thoroughly cleaned between each rental. Great camper for a weekend or a few weeks! Bunkhouse has been modified for extra headroom for both beds! All bookings within 7 days of a holiday require a 3 night minimum.
50 ft of drinking water hose, one 25 foot non potable water hose, 40 feet of sewer hose, all necessary extension cords and adapters to use any generator or campsite power source. Dinette and couch both convert into a bed. Queen bed in the bedroom sleeps two adults, dinette sleeps two kids or one adult, couch laid out sleeps two kids or one adult. Two bunks will sleep two adults or four kids total. One Small Pet Allowed with Kennel. NO SMOKING at ALL.
If you are using a site that does not have full hookups, then a $65 septic dump fee will need to be added to rental cost.
