Listing description
This camper is the ultimate bunkhouse with three slide-outs. It has three twin bunks, a queen bed and a king bed in its own private room ( see below for bed dimensions). The large slide out has a booth dinette and Versa Lounge couch, an entertainment center with an electric fireplace, indoor/outdoor speakers and three TV's. It has a microwave, large fridge/freezer, double sink and a gas range with an oven in the kitchen. There is an outdoor kitchen that includes a propane grill, sink, TV and a mini fridge.
We do not provide linens/Towels, but we do offer them as an add-on if you would like for us to provide them
There is not a generator built into this camper, but we do offer them for rent. If you need a generator please add it in the add-on section. The generator rental includes 10hrs/night, each hr of use over that amount is $3/hr. **One generator will only allow for 1 A/C to be used at a time. If you want to be able to use both A/C units, you will need to rent two generators.**
Delivery is available, but contact me first for availability. The Delivery fee includes set up, tear down and holding tank dump out.
All renters must empty the holding tanks before returning the camper or a $100 fee will be charged. If you have selected delivery, the dump out is included in the delivery fee.
Bed 1 = Custom King (66 x 78)
Bed 2 = Versa Queen (fold out bed in bunk room)
Bed 3 = Twin Bunk (38 x 74) (200lb weight limit)
Bed 4&5 = Twin Bunk (30 x 74) (150lb weight limit)
