The sectional couch is a full size pullout couch and can easily sleep 3. The master bedroom is equipped with a fireplace and is a stunning room with a view. The bathroom is equipped with a washer and dryer. This unit is brand new from the factory :-) Delivery is required for this unit. Minimum stay is 7 days. Gravel/concrete site required unless otherwise approved in advance. Sites that are not accessible without going over a bump/curb or hill are subject to approval. Renter is responsible for ensuring the site is accessible for this size unit.

Propane (if not returned with the same amount as received): $100 penalty fee + cost of fuel cost
Reservations are subject to a supplemental rental agreement
