2023 SALEM FSX 167RBKX - 22FT travel trailer sleeps 3. This unit has a queen size bed that fold into a sofa for convenient day and night use. There is a dining table with two benches that converts to bed perfect for a child. The unit has dual 30lb propane tanks and dual batteries with a small solar panel on the roof. The solar panel and battery system can power the lighting. There is a propane furnace and dual burner stovetop. Along with the fresh water, black water, and grey water tanks, the unit should be able to sustain a remote adventure for a weekend as long as there is a little sunlight for the solar panels. This unit has a kitchen and bathroom sink, toilet, and indoor and outdoor showers that can be used with the onboard fresh water tank, or connect to a fresh water source for unlimited use. For those camping adventures with full hookups, there is also Rec Pro quiet roof mounted A\C unit, a microwave, and a TV for an unlimited camping adventure. There is also an outside refrigerator and an outdoor grill propane connection. This unit has manual leveling jacks at all four corners and a power tongue jack.
What’s included
All power cords with adapters and surge protectors, water hoses, and sewer hoses, are provided as well as jack pads and wheel leveling chocks. Also included are the bed sheets and some pillows for the queen bed. Silverware and cookware as well as toilet paper and paper towels are included. Propane tanks are filled and the propane provided in the tanks at pickup is included in the rental. A load leveling trailer hitch is available.
Things to know
-One dog is welcome with a pet fee of $45 per trip, maximum of 50lbs.
-A trailer brake controller is required on the tow vehicle.
-We must communicate prior to rental approval. Single destination rentals only.
-The solar system will not sustain the indoor refrigerator.
-The outdoor refrigerator, microwave, TV, and A/C only operate will connected to power.
-Additional cleaning fees apply for not emptying refrigerators or excessively dirty.
-Waste tanks must be emptied prior to returning the unit, there is a $75 if the tanks are not emptied.
-There will be a charge of $100 for non-returned leveling blocks or tire chocks.
-There will be a $150 charge for non-returned power equipment.
-There will be a $100 charge for non-returned sewer connection equipment.
-There will be a $75 charge for non-returned water equipment.
-Renter is responsible for any damages to the unit, the security deposit will be used to cover any damages with the renter being additionally responsible for damages not covered by the security desposit. A pre-rental walk-through will be conducted with the renter and pre-existing damages noted prior to acceptance.
