With this great travel trailer, you'll be able to travel southern Utah with its many beautiful state and national parks to the north. Travel into Arizona and visit the Grand Canyon. Drive to California and stay at Big Bear in the San Bernadino mountain range. Or stay in Nevada and see all that we have to offer. There are so many wonderful adventures just a short hop away.

Welcome to the great outdoors...with all the comforts of home. This is glamping at its best. This 27' RV has all the comforts of home. It sleeps 6-8 people comfortably, easy to set up and easy to tow.

Towing with a leveling hitch would be required with most tow vehicles.

For the kitchen:
- Dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and cooking utensils.
- K-cup coffee maker.
- Paper towels.

For sleeping:
- All Bedding ( 5 Sheet Sets, 5 Blankets and 5 Bed Spreads, 10 Pillows).

For the bathroom:
- 6 Towels and washcloths are provided.
- Bath essentials
- RV rated TP provided.

For the great outdoors:
- 6 Fold-out camp chairs to enjoy the great outdoors.
- Power awning.
- Outdoor mat.

For the comfort and sanitation:
- Light cleaning supplies.
- All connection equipment (sanitary water hose, sewer hose, electrical cord).
- 2-20-lb propane tanks.

- Permitted use is on pavement, asphalt, or properly smooth-graded and maintained roads.
- Renters must retract awning when leaving camper and when bad weather seems imminent. Winds can come up quickly and cause damages.

Renters should plan to bring, or purchase locally:
- Food items
- Drinks
- Spices
- Perishable condiments (Mustard, Mayo, Butter, Ketchup, etc.)
