Super light, easy to tow. interior height is 53", so not something most can standup in. Creature comforts...heat & A/C, radio that plays in & outside of the cabin, water heater, TV hookup (TV not included) which includes a non adjustable rooftop amplified TV antenna. A couch that slides out to sleep 2 (74"x 54") or keep in place to sleep one plus one on the floor. Cute little kitchen area in the back... Propane or Shore power refrigerator, microwave,2 burner stove, small faucet with sink, hot/cold running water... outdoor shower. ***A FULL PROPANE TANK will be provided upon request. Renter must provide upon return a receipt showing the tank has been refilled or exchanged if emptied (refilling is usually the cheapest option of an empty tank).
Receipt must show the same date as the return date. Failure to do so a $25 refill charge PLUS the cost of the propane will be deducted from the renter's deposit.

Advise vehicle towing capacity of at least 2,500lb
This is a step above a Teardrop trailer, you can sit up in it, but inside ceiling height is about 53inches, so you won't be able to standup inside. Anyone taller than 6'1 will not be able to fully stretch out on the sofa/bed unless at an angle.
Tow hitch ball height -19-22inches above the ground range is ideal.
Tongue weight is about 200 lbs.
