Do and Don'ts for the Trailer
DON'T: Put any personal toiletries into the toilet to include flushable wet wipes
DON'T: Leave awning unattended or extended while raining, while windy, or overnight as this can result in damage to the arms; replacement is apprx $1500 for new awning - YOU are responsible for all damages.
DON'T: Allow anyone to stand and/or jump on table, couch, beds, or seating around kitchen table. This can result in broken brace boards which will have to be replaced
DON'T: Leave children unattended in the trailer
DON'T: Leave any items in the refrigerator or freezer (extra cleaning fee will result)
DO: Have a great time watching movies together, playing cards/games
DO: Enjoy yourselves and treat property as if it's your own
DO: Call us if there are ANY issues
DO: Turn off MAIN water to the trailer if there are ANY leaks
