We are currently delivery only. Fee is custom based on distance and nightly stay so the longer you keep it the cheaper I can make the delivery costs.
This beautiful family style trailer comes with everything you can think of on your vacation plus more. There is central heat and air plus a 2nd heat/air unit solely for the master bedroom. Rig has 2 bathrooms with vanity and storage, 1 with full stand-up shower and the other with a 2nd access point to the outside. Small Dogs are welcome with approval and everything in the camper is yours to use. All I ask is if you use it, clean or wash it and put it back. This camper has 2 large slide-outs for a spacious hang out and kitchen area. Master queen bedroom comes with dedicated full bath and a 34 inch smart TV with a swivel wall mount for convenient viewing, tons of storage and outlets that work off the converter. Living room area has a 42 inch LED with fire stick, pull out couch that sleeps 2. Kitchen has a 3 burner Furion stove top, large sink, extended foldable table top, microwave, and full size fridge. There is plenty of storage and drawers that are fully stocked with utensils and dining ware plus a large pantry. There are games, puzzles, and radio with indoor and outdoor speakers.
The bunk room has a queen-size foldable couch mattress and two bunkbed's. The right bunk folds out of the way when using the couch. The entertainment center has plenty of storage and a 28 inch flat screen with HDMI cord

What’s included
All 4 beds in the camper have foam toppers and fresh bedding.
Since there are two bathrooms there are two black and two gray tanks and the system can combine for one dump station port. Outside you have a outdoor kitchen with a 2 burner stove top and mini fridge. Ports for outdoor shower and hook ups for cable if your location provides it. Dual propane tanks will be full at drop off so just top them off or on pick up I can deduct cost from security deposit.
Complimentary when I set up, I will also set up a tripod adjustable fire pit cooking grill top for your stay. Access to WIFI is through Verizon 5G and available for $5 per day or $25 for full week renters.
Gas/propane dual-fueled 12500 Watt generator is available but only for off site locations where land power is unavailable. Combined with Solar panels and 2nd battery you should be ready for anything. I have up to 4 mountain bikes that can be rented for $25 per bike no matter how long your stay is.

Things to know
We base our delivery fee on distance and length of stay. The longer you stay the more reasonable I can be on delivery cost especially if it's a good distance away.
This is a non-smoking unit, there is a $500 fine for violations with no exception. We do not allow parties or other mass events like festivals with exception of non attendee scenarios. This requires an additional approval over any instant booking that was approved per the system.
