*DELIVERY ONLY* Our Jayco is modern and super cozy! Bring your kids, family, friends, and pets to enjoy a comfortable experience in nature! It has a queen size front bedroom, a jack-knife couch for additional sleeping (can fit one adult comfortably), the dinette converts into a bed that's perfect for a little one (or two), and the bunkhouse features two full-size beds (600 lb weight capacity on bottom, 300 lb up top). There are storage compartments on the front and back of the travel trailer, as well as under the queen bed.

Fresh towels, linens and pillows, 2x camp chairs, 2x collapsible outdoor side tables, 4-ft collapsible table, picnic table cover, outdoor 4-in-1 Coleman grill (includes 3 inserts - stove, wok, and reversible griddle/grill for multiple cooking options - uses small propane tanks), coffee maker (K-cup compatible), cookware, table setting for 6 (plates, bowls, cups, utensils), and RV toilet paper.

When booking your campsite, remember to book for the appropriate size. Our camper is 30 ft long, no slide outs, and uses 30 amp power. We do have a 50 amp converter, if needed. If you do not book the correct size campsite, we have the right to cancel your reservation.

RV Toilet Paper ONLY! (We provide it!)
LP tanks must be swapped/topped off prior to return. We have a $20 fee for us to handle for you if you're not able to take care of it.

Clean up after yourselves and your guests (even the furry ones)
Late fee may apply if not returned by agreed upon time. We will arrive to pack up and head out no later than one hour of campsite checkout time dictated by campground policy.
