This is our Family RV
we just got it so it's literally brand new.
No smoking
We will walk through the unit together before and after each rental. You can take pictures of any areas of concern.

Bring your own bedding and food
We have bottled water in the RV
Must clean up after yourself
If black tank is used must dump and flush before return
I will disinfect the unit after each rental
