What’s included
Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, silverware, children's plates, cups, and silverware, keurig (including coffee), and a toaster.
Linens are provided for all beds. Bath towels, kitchen towels are provided. There are outdoor rugs, camp chairs and more. Bathroom includes a spacious shower and storage for all of your personal items. We've even included an outdoor drying rack to take care of those wet towels and clothing from splashing around in the ocean.
We provide toilet paper specifically made for RV's as any other paper can damage the holding tanks. Please do not throw any feminine products, paper towels, baby wipes or any other products in the toilet.
Delivery within 25 miles is included with the rental. Delivery exceeding 25 miles incurs an additional fee of $3.50 per mile that will be calculated upon approval.
Awning is not available for use - any tampering with the awning will result in losing your entire deposit as well as any costs to repair. We have provided a 10 x 10 pop up canopy to be used in its place. However, if camper is not occupied, high winds, or storms develop - it must be collapsed. Renter takes responsibility for replacement if used and any damage caused by the canopy. Canopy is NOT to be secured to the camper - there are stakes provided to secure in the ground.
This is a NON-smoking / non-vaping camper. Smoking of any kind will result in penalty charge.

Things to know
Renters are responsible for reserving / paying for campsite. This is a 33 ft camper with one slide, you need a minimum of 35 foot campsite. NOTE: We are NOT responsible if the camper does NOT fit on the site and will NOT attempt to put it on a smaller site.**50-amp service preferred but will work with 30 amp.
**Check-in is based on the campground and check-out is 9:00 a.m.
**If there is no septic hookup - an additional $75 fee will be added
