Things to know
-Must have a Ford F-250, Chevy 2500, ram 2500 or greater to tow and a trailer Brake assist system.
-Cleaning Fee: We will charge $200.00 if the trailer is not cleaned after drop off. We provide all cleaning supplies and ask that the trash is removed/empty. Floors are swept, counters wiped down in the kitchen, dining table, stovetop, microwave,. Refrigerator cleaned and emptied. Bathroom counter, sink and toilet, use cleaning spray and wipe down. This fee will be charged ONLY if the trailer is not cleaned.
-Dumping Fee: We will charge $200.00 if you return the trailer without dumping the black water (Toilet) and grey water (Shower & Kitchen). This fee will be charged ONLY if the black and grey water is not dumped.
Very important Things to Remember before moving the RV: All doors must be closed. EXCEPT the one located in the master bedroom must strapped open, TV must have the strap around it. The stabilizing jacks must be retracted.
