This Heartland Pioneer features a super slide making it Extra roomy inside. Being an all season camper with heated underbelly and rooftop A/C, it can be enjoyed through the heat of summer and even throughout the colder months. It has lots of windows to see the beautiful views all the way around (we especially love the view from the captain's chairs). Nightshades included on every window. iRV surround sound system allows you to listen to AM/FM radio or any bluetooth capable device within the camper and out.

All soiled provided laundry can be placed in the hanging mesh laundry bag in the bathroom.
Wind gusts of speeds above 15 mph are not a good match for camper awnings. If you think it’s too windy, it probably is. We ask that campers fully retract the awning if it is going to be unattended or if weather conditions are not conducive.
Toilet
Only the provided toilet paper can be flushed. No other items (feminine products, paper towels, etc.) A trashcan is provided for other items.
Drains
No grease, oil, cleaners, etc. Hand/dish soaps provided.Tank levels
Convenience center located within living exterior door displaying levels for the battery, fresh water, black water, grey water tanks. Please mind the levels as appropriate to your stay.
Propane
Propane is provided from two 5 gallon tanks on the exterior of the camper. Be mindful of usage and always ensure knobs are in the off position. Reaching above the stove to the window can unintentionally open the lines.

Any damage to the camper or property must be reported.
