We'd love to invite you to stay in our 2022 couple’s camper we call the Beach House!
This Heartland Mallard M210RB is an amazing towable! The 3 season RV is ready for adventure, allowing it to be used when other RVs need to be parked for the year! It is insulated, has a warm furnace, and an air conditioner to keep the inside comfortable.
Our kitchen features the Infiniti edge countertops, large stainless sink, a 3 burner top stove and oven, plus a microwave.
We also have a dual power 8 cu. ft. refrigerator and freezer and a Keurig coffee maker, because nothing beats waking up in the morning & having a fresh cup of coffee at your campsite!
The large bathroom includes a foot flush toilet, a stand-up shower w/skylight for us tall people.
Opposite of the kitchen is the sitting area. When the slide out is extended you will find additional space. The couch in the slide-out is an overstuffed couch for two people that can be converted into a bed for two if you need the extra sleeping capacity.
The front of the RV is the bedroom area and has a king size bed, above the bed has lots of storage and to the sides are places for clothing to be hung up. You also have nightstands on the sides that include plugins for AC appliances and USB ports.
The rooftop vents are Maxx Air fans which allow air to be cycled through the RV when you're craving some fresh air! There are also large windows that are tinted throughout with blinds for privacy.

There is also a Bluetooth stereo inside and outside of the camper that can be paired to your cell phone for more entertainment!

Bedding for fold out couch if needed (full sized)
Paper towels and any other paper products if desired
K-cups for Keurig if desired

Things to know
There is no lack of storage in this RV, there are plenty of storage areas not only inside the camper but outside. This RV features a large storage area with 67 cu ft of pass-through storage.
Some of the more notable outside features on the RV are the 12 ft electric awning with hand pitch to keep the rain from pooling up.
The electrical is 30 amp service. We will include a 25 ft power cord with adapters for 50 amp and 120 plug. We will also be including a surge protector that must be used.
For plumbing, 2 - 15 ft sections of sewer tubing and a 20 ft. water hose will be provided.
This RV will also have two 20 lb. propane tanks that have an automatic switch over, one tank will always be provided full.
There is also a 100 amp hour battery which will power the lights and a few of the 12 volt appliances when not plugged into shore power.
When setting the camper up at its site you'll find it very easy to level the camper with the powered tongue jack, included leveling blocks and the automatic stabilizers, making setup fast so you can get to the fun part of camping!
Towing this RV is incredibly simple and can be done with a half-ton pickup truck, or any other vehicle rated to haul up to 6900lbs.
The ball size for the tongue of this RV is 2 5/16 and it does require a 7 pin connector for power to your vehicle. We require an installed brake controller or a remote brake controller.
