Things to know
1.Security Deposit of $550
2. Two Pet maximum with a $100 dollar pet fee.
Renters are responsible for damage caused by pets, including obsessive odor. Can result is a penalty fee of $600.
3.NO SMOKING! Penalty fee of $500
4.Grease or anything then the toilet paper supplied with result in a $700 penalty fee.
5. Fuel level to be brought back the same. $100 dollar fuel fee applied if not.
6.There will be no refunds for early returns. Late drop offs after 11:30am but before 5pm CST will result in a $50 penalty charge. Any drop-off after 5pm CST will result in a penalty charge of $200.
7.The A/C, generator, awning, radio, microwave, stove, oven, television, etc. are convenience items. If any malfunctions should occur with any of these items, NO compensation will be made to you.
