Roomy 24ft bunkhouse travel trailer. Sleeps 8-10, has a power awning, and leveling jacks. A generator is available (see add-ons) if you're not staying at a campground w/ RV hookups or have stops off the beaten path, to power the air conditioning as well as the home appliances. Only weighs in at 5400lbs empty and maxes out at 7000lbs. Perfect for taking a quick trip to Mission Bay and docking at an RV Park on the beach. Relaxation 101.

Things to know

Standard Rental Period is pickup 1pm or after, drop off by 11am on the scheduled return day, cleaned, and propane filled. Lot hours are 8am-4pm M-F, Sa 9-12, Sunday returns only 2-4pm. Holiday, & Special Event rates may vary.

Travel Trailers do NOT come with an on-board generator. Please select "INVERTER GENERATOR" at check-out and one will be added to your reservation for an additional $20.00 per night plus tax. It can be secured to the "piggy-back" exterior shelf on the back of the unit with a free empty fuel can.

This trailer has a suggested tow vehicle rating of 7,000 lbs. GVWR and a dry/empty weight of 5,400 lbs. It requires a 2 & 5/16" ball, a 7 pin round connection and an electric brake controller installed in your tow vehicle.

This unit has a 62 gallon fresh water, a 78 gallon gray water & 40 gallon black water tank. Please let us know if you wish your unit to be filled with water. Generally, we prep travel trailers empty due to additional towing weight.
