*Awning that is automatic, 2 folding chairs, outside shower
*Full 40-gallon tank of Propane (please fill on return)
*Towel, wash clothes, 4 rolls of RV toilet Tissue (only use for RV)
*Ceiling A/C that blows ice cold, Heater if needed runs on Propane

*Fill propane tank or pay ($100) for a Full tank on Return
*Broom Clean
*Clean all dishes, return everything.
* Missing Items will be charged to your deposit if not returned
* We will do the laundry and clean the unit (Fussy, which is good for you)
*Please empty all tanks. fresh water, black water, and grey. Not doing so will result in a $100 Fee
*Please make sure sewer line is clean for the next person. Not doing so will result in a $100 Fee
