Towing information:
Make sure you have Connector type (7-pin round) with trailer ball size 2-5/16" for your towing vehicle (Dry Weight:7,242 lbs. Cargo weight:2,757 lbs.GVWR:9,999 lbs. Hitch Weight:1,018 lbs.).

We will provide a brake controller if the renter doesn't have one installed. (addition charge $25/per trip)
You can easily load and unload your off-road toys with the 3,000 lb. ramp door, and the tie-downs are mounted into steel so that you can be sure your toys will arrive safely. When you're ready to wind down your nights, you can head into the front private bedroom and relax on the queen-size bed or entertain a few guests at the electric pass-through dinette which can also transform into an extra sleeping space. You can even choose to add the optional chairs with table for a comfortable place to read a book at night!

Things to know
Rental Rules:
* Minimum renter age of 25
* Pick Up Time: 3:00 PM
* Drop Off Time: 11:00 AM
* Do not dump any food and trash: kitchen sink
* Do not flush: wipes; towels ;pad; tampon: Use only RV toilet paper-because household toilet paper can cause pipe and sensor problems
* Do not climb to roof
* It is the responsibility of the renter to return the emptied waste tank and fuel tanks /gas tank with the same level of fuel/gas with which they were provided.
* If the late return interferes with another booking, the late fee is the full nightly rate each eight hour period the vehicle is late plus an additional $100 administrative fee.
*Fines for blocked RV pipes: $300, kitchen sink (do not dump any food and trash); use only RV toilet paper-because household toilet paper can cause pipe and sensor problems (do not flush: wipes; towels ;pad; tampon)
* No pets allowed : Pets Fine $500
* No smoking allowed : Smoking Fine $500
Optional Upgrades:
Propane Refill Prepayment: $50 (20 lbs)- If not prepaid, will charge $25 + fill up
Dump fee :$120 (Sewage Dump ( Black/Grey Water Tank)
Portable Generator : $25/night
Kitchenware : $70 ( plates, cups, pans, the set of forks, spoons, cutting boards, kitchen knives, kitchen scissors etc. )
Portable BBQ Grill : $30
Camping Chairs: $10/per chair
Cooler: $10 (50 Quart)

Delivery/Pickup up to 20 miles: $99
