Bear sleeps up to six adults comfortably:
Queen Bed (60” x 80”) with an upgraded memory foam mattress topper for added comfort.
Over-Cab Bunk (54” x 80”) with privacy curtain and removable ladder.
Convertible Dinette Bed (44” x 82”) for one adult or two small children.
Ample storage with closets, drawers, and hanging organizers keeps your belongings neat and accessible.

Things to know
-Absolutely NO SMOKING in the RV, and will incur a deep cleaning fee.
- CLEANING FEE if any ODORS, excess dirt, or mug in or outside the motorhome including, soot, mud, trash, food wine stains, signs of pets, debris, etc. that require a deep cleaning incur a fee of a minimum of $350.
- If vehicle is taken to a FESTIVAL or SPECIAL EVENT without prior consent renter agrees to forfeit the security deposit.
-Travel to Canada or Mexico is not permitted.
-LATE FEE, if a renter returns the RV after the agreed-upon drop-off time without prior approval, a late fee of $85 per hour.
-GPS tracking onboard. Tampering with the device will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
-Death Valley is PROHIBITED during July and August due to extreme temperatures. Dry Lake Beds or Sand Dunes are not permitted.
-Roof access is STRICTLY prohibited. You will be liable for any damages.
-FESTIVALS must have prior approval. Festival rates, increased deposit, and additional cleaning fees will apply.
- Burning Man Festival : Minimum 10 nights, Festival Nightly Rates, $ 2000 Mandatory Burning Man Festival Fee.
-No OFF ROADING towing or hitch use allowed.
-ABANDONMENT FEE - If the RV isn't returned to the place of pick up or another location that the owner agreed upon, an abandonment fee may be charged by the owner.
- Any SCRATCHES on the RV caused by tree branches or bushes will be billed for buffing.
