What’s included
The RV is provided without household or bedding items, unless you have availed our optional linen kits or kitchen kits. We exclusively furnish all necessary hoses and power plugs required for the RV.
Things to know
For a smooth RV pickup and drop-off process, the customer named on the reservation must be present for document signing. If you need alternative arrangements, please contact us promptly. We offer parking and allow customers to leave their vehicles with us during the rental. Please inform us if you plan to leave your vehicle on the pickup day.
To ensure a hassle-free return, please empty the Black and Grey waste tanks, refill propane to FULL, and ensure the fuel tank is FULL. For this RV- An un-dumped waste tank incurs a $250 service fee. Propane not refilled will result in a $50 charge, while an unfilled fuel tank incurs a flat fee of $300. Plan accordingly.
It's the renter's responsibility to coordinate drop-off time with a minimum 2-hour notice. RV cannot be dropped off without staff present, unless permission is granted. Keep in contact to confirm drop-off time.
Return the RV in the same clean condition as departure. Light cleaning inside is expected before drop-off to avoid additional fees.
This is a pet free rental - No pets.
