What’s included
This trailer comes fully furnished with everything you need for that great escape. Bed linens, pillows ,blankets, towels, dishes, utensils, pots and pans plus grilling accessories and coffee maker. In addition to the indoor full size refrigerator, oven, cooktop and microwave, you will have and out an outdoor kitchen with a gas cooktop and mini fridge. It will also include 4 camping chairs and 6 foot folding table. Plus the trailer has a bluetooth compatible stereo with indoor and outdoor speakers. In addition this trailer has a power retractable awning and electric stabilizer jacks.
Things to know
1. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IN THIS TRAILER! Any evidence of smoking inside will result in a mandatory minimum $500.00 fee plus billing for any and all cleaning and deodorizing expenses.
2. USE OF AWNING IS AT THE RENTERS RISK. DO NOT EVER LEAVE THE AWNING EXTENDED IN THE OPEN POSITION WHEN NOT ATTENDED. Awning cap replacement cost is a minimum of $500.00.Awning damage minimum cost is $3500.00
3) NO ONE IS ALLOWAED ON THE ROOF. (THE ROOF IS NOT DESIGNED TO HOLD WEIGHT AND ACCESS IS ONLY FOR PROFESSIONAL MAINTENANCE PURPOSES).
4) Sewage dump fee is $100.00, Early pick up or late drop off fee is $25.00.
