This Northern Spirit is family friendly floorplan, ready to give you the comforts of home on your next adventure! She is packed with some awesome features and a great floorplan for all to enjoy.
Its light weight makes it simple to tow, but we are more than happy to take that off your hands and bring it to you! We will walk you through everything that you need to know and ensure that you'll only need to worry about when you're going to swim in the lake, or take that well deserved nap...in the AC I might add!
There is a queen sized master bed w/ a 4-inch mattress topper to give you that extra comfort. Two full-size beds in back (the bottom folds up for extra storage). This is in addition to the dinette sleeper, and loveseat fold out bed. Full operational kitchen that runs off two separate propane tanks. Very spacious fridge, and plenty of pantry space.
Ready for full hook-ups or use the large tanks for an off the grid experience!
If you're ready to step outside, take your pick on doors. There is a front and back entrance/exit. The back one connects directly into the bathroom...even better for when you want to come in and not track dirt through the whole place just to go to the bathroom (we'd greatly appreciate you don't ;))
There is an 18' awning outside, w/ Blutooth speaker to play your favorite tunes! Enjoy the outdoor kitchen while you take in what this sweet country has to offer!

Fresh linens, cookware, utensils, coffee maker. TV w/ ability to draw in channels depending on location, Google Chromecast (wifi dependent), dvd player w/ large collection of dvds/blu-ray. Wireless cell phone charger, as well as ample USB ports around the unit for charging.
*Upper bunk has a 220lb weight limit, and dinette sleeper has 300lb weight limit*
Extras available:
- camp chairs (4x)
- generator (30amp w/ conversion for trailer. Fuel is at your expense)
- Sit-in Kayak w/ paddle (x2, 250lb weight limit) ($50 each for the duration)

Due to allergies, we cannot allow pets inside our unit. Additionally, NO SMOKING will be allowed. Any damage by pets or smoke stains will result in forfeiture of deposit for professional cleaning.
