Brand new and room for the whole family! 2 separate bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 bunks (one that can be raised for more space) and a convertible soft sofa where you can relax and watch a movie on the tv or convert to a mattress for 2. Queen bed with memory foam topper in main bedroom. Sofa and table also covert to beds.
Electric fireplace w/remote that can put off heat or be used only for ambient lighting! So pretty! Skylight above shower, USB outlets in bedrooms 39" tv with firestick in living room, 20" tv with dvd player in bdrm.
Radio w/ bluetooth and Indoor & outdoor speakers
Residential pull-down faucet and deep basin farm style sink in kitchen
Power awning with multicolor LED strip
2 air units to keep everyone comfortable
Outdoor kitchen
Outdoor shower
**Besides all that above, we have added things we find useful like a full size mirror, extra storage in bathroom, magnetic spice holders in the kitchen and more.**
*Dual Fuel Generator can be provided for $25 per day if needed*
*If we have to dump the black tank there will be a $50 charge - see add-on fees. This only applies if you are staying somewhere without sewer/septic connections.
