SLEEP 4-6 PEOPLE! The cabin has a QUEEN (60”x80”) to sleep 2 adults + 1 child. The Rooftop Tent has a FULL XL (54”x80”) which sleeps 2 adults or 3 kids.
ADD-ON REQUIRED to Unlock Tent.
The ROOF TOP TENT is quick & easy to set-up & pull-down in 2 mins. The Tent is spacious, ventilated, well insulated, includes LED light strip & allows you to store your sleeping bags as you travel. Access via a telescoping ladder securely attached to the tent’s structure.
OUTDOOR BATHROOM –– Instant Hot-Water Shower included.

The Premium KITCHEN GALLEY is equipped with a 2 burner stove, sink with 18G of water, 40qt refrigerator & ample food storage. Includes a 6-person place setting + pots, pans & utensils.
The CABIN has ample headroom and organized storage with drawers, cubbies, hooks, lights & charging ports.
While PETS aren’t allowed in the Cabin or Tent, they can still come on your adventure! Set your pet up to sleep in your tow vehicle.

Trailer Brake Controller will be provided by the Renters’ Tow Vehicle.

Things to know
STAY ON-ROAD: Trailer has 15” of Ground Clearance, but is NOT suitable for “Overlanding” or “Off-Road” usage. Stay on well maintained dirt & gravel roads.
ROOF-TOP TENT must always be collapsed, stowed & latched prior to moving the Trailer.
Climbing on the Roof of the Rooftop tent is prohibited.
Transporting anything on-top of the Rooftop Tent is prohibited.
NO SMOKING inside the Trailer or Roof Top tent.
NO PETS are allowed inside the Trailer Cabin OR Rooftop Tent.
EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEE: Owners reserve the right to deduct an additional cleaning fee from your security deposit if the trailer cabin and rooftop tent interiors, kitchen galley, and kitchen supplies are returned in an excessively dirty state.
Use of ADD-ON STAND-UP PADDLE BOARDS (SUP’s) and Lifejackets is an inherently risky activity. Renter agrees to assume ALL responsibility for this activity for ALL Members of their rental party, AND Waive and Release ALL claims of Liability associated with Stand-Up Paddle Boarding from Richard & Jessica Hughes DBA Newberg Teardrop Rentals.
Use of ADD-ON BIKE LOCK PACKAGE. Renter acknowledges that any Bike Lock(s) can be thwarted by a thief who has enough skill and time to pick or break a lock. Thus, Renter takes on Liability for their Bikes being Stolen when using the ADD-On Bike Lock Package, and Waives and Releases ALL Liability for Bike Theft from Richard & Jessica Hughes DBA Newberg Teardrop Rentals.
