The experiences and customer service we had with Rose St. Clor, Nepoleon, & Neesa with their magnificent 32 foot long 2022 Thor Motor Coach Freedom Elite 30FE through the Good Sam RV Rentals was outstanding! For the initial pick up, we were about an hour late in arriving at the pick up point and Napoleon waited for us. He gave a thorough review of every detail of the RV showing us safety and features. The Thor Elite was truly turn-key camper ready with everything from spoons & forks to pots & pans, bath towels to blankets & sheets, water, gas, and much more. The next day, right before pulling out of the driveway, Murphy's Law struck, and I put the wrong key in the door and it broke, leaving us unable to open any of the fully loaded storage compartments. I called Napoleon who immediately set up a meeting place on the way to our destination and brought us a replacement key saving us much time in going to an RV repair shop. Later in the trip we had several questions and he was able to help us solve them. Lastly, upon return, Neesa (Sp) met up with us to return the Thor RV. We accidentally left several items in one of the compartments and she was very kind to meet us again to return our items. Thank you all for all you did to help make our trips a success. The Lord Jesus bless you! Also, thanks to Good Sam RV Rentals too for making it so easy to rent an RV.
