Fully Equipped! We use our motorhome like our home on wheels, literally equipped with everything we have from home. Full kitchen - plates and bowls, flatware, glasses, cups, cookware and utensils, toaster, coffee maker, Comfortably sleeps 7, possibly 8 check out the floor plan, Queen Bed in back bedroom with t.v., Double Bed on Loft drop-down up front, and dinette becomes bed (could easily sleep two kids) and so does the jackknife couch.
Spectacular set up - Just find a campground, State or National Park, or somewhere to pull over beside a river or a lake and enjoy the Getaway! Once you've made camp - extend the awning and start to decompress. You made it! This home on wheels is big enough for 2 full families.

1 night rental = $850 plus cleaning fee and insurance - you basically save on insurance only
2 night rental = $425 per night plus cleaning fee and insurance - you basically save on insurance only
A word about the colder weather:
From November until warmer weather returns to us.
When you receive the RV it will be winterized - meaning the water will be removed from the coach - this will prevent burst water lines, etc during freezing temperatures. If the RV is unattended, meaning heat is not pumping through the RV or tank heaters (if equipped) are not in operation then you should never have water in the RV because you don't want to have an issue with burst pipes.
