We are excited to OFFER our ~Home away from Home~ to you and look forward to being a part of your memorable adventure.
Our unit is cozy, comfortable, organized and nicely decorated. Delivery only. No self-towing.
*Please note: You must BOOK your own campsite, or the property must have electric and dumping on site . Our camper is 50 amp service only. When booking- Campsites must include full hook ups to include 50-amp electric, water, & sewer ( PULL THRU SITE) If requested by the campground- please make sure to provide the following info to the campground when booking ( 34 ft long , 2 slides on driver side)- also let them know that your camper will be delivered on check in day. Please note we will arrive on check in @ the parks check in time- you will not be able to arrive until 30-40 mins later. On check out day- you will need to check out 40 min earlier than parks check out time for us to arrive disconnect and pull camper out by your check out time with the park.
** Please note if you choose a campground that does not have a dump station on site then you will need to utilize bath houses as much as possible to avoid the black and gray tanks from filling up during your stay. Once full there is nothing we can do, until your check out date.

-1 large sleeping /entertainment area at opposite end of the unit- TV included in this space - has bunk bed and space underneath that can fold out to a queen size sleeper or leave as is for a single sleeper.
- 1 private bedroom with standard queen bed & wall fan
-Both rooms have slider farm doors for added privacy
-Sheets, comforters and pillows for all beds provided
-The living room has a couch that converts to a bed
-Dinette with seating
-There is a comfortable bathroom with an entrance from the outside, the bathroom also has a shower, toilet and sink with vanity

- Bluetooth FM radio with sound bar- allows for indoor and outdoor sound " Multi zones"
-Large extended awning with lighting ( must be closed during high winds or rain)

-Outdoor Rug (will not be setup but is stored in outdoor compartment of the camper)
-Supply of (1 roll) paper towel and (4-5 rolls) toilet paper included for the duration of your trip.
-3-4 towels and wash clothes included for your stay - Bring additional items for your accommodation
Things to know

Setup includes- hooking up water, sewage and electric. Opening up awning and slide outs. Outdoor setup will be done by the renter- all outdoor use items will be stored in the under compartments on camper.
WE DELIVER to campgrounds and RV parks in the north central Florida area(Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Palatka, Keystone Heights, Gainesville, High Springs, Salt Springs, Ocala and other destinations).
only 1 propane tank will be full upon delivery and set up. You will need to turn VALVE ON FOR USE.

* PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON BEDS OR FURNITURE
* PETS MUST BE CRATED if left unattended in Camper.
NO SMOKING:
This is a smoke-free unit as we travel ourselves. Smoking in the camper will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Standard cleaning fee is $85 . This is our “family” camper, please do not treat it like a hotel room. We request that renters clean up after themselves, not only to ensure they have thoroughly packed their belongings but to assist us in our sanitation process after rental.
