What’s included
Everything you need to make your camping trip complete is included with this camper. Fully furnished with pots, pans, cooking utensils, paper plates, coffee maker. Freshly laundered fitted bed sheets, dishes, towels, fresh drinking water, propane tanks...the only thing you need to bring is food, drinks, chairs, clothing and personal items...EVERYTHING ELSE IS INCLUDED!
Residential Queen size bed (sleeps 2) , 2 Bunk beds that can sleep 1 adult each or 2 children each. dining table can fold as a single bed as well. We recommend bringing your own pillows and blankets. Sleeps 5 to 8 people.
Has one small tv to stream your favorite shows.
Must use our sway bar/hitch. We do ask that renters for this unit have previous towing experience.
No Smoking allowed!
Pets under 40 lbs. with approval. We kindly request that they be properly house trained.
$150 cleaning fee will be charged if not returned clean.
$150 disposal fee will be charged if tanks are not returned emptied.
If late pick up/drop off without communication there will be a $25 fee added every 15 minutes past scheduled pick up/drop off time.
Trailer breaks are required for towing.
