Welcome to our home away from home. We enjoy spending time with the family out camping and traveling. This trailer will fit what you need and want to do. We know you will enjoy it as much as we do. Have fun with your kids or just take it out for a romantic getaway. Rent this trailer and enjoy a nice, relaxing glamping trip. We have this great awning and a double air conditioner. This trailer will keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer, so you can enjoy the outdoors and feel comfortable inside. The trailer sleeps three in the back bunk, can sleep two on the table conversion bed and two in the front bunk. The bathroom is attached to the front bunk with access from the living area and front bunk. There are two reclining seats that face the entertainment center (TV, DVD, CD, and fireplace). The unit has an outdoor kitchen with a mini-fridge and two burners. The radio has two zones, an inside zone and outside speakers. Please see the attached floor plan.
Please fill propane tanks and empty all black and gray tanks. There will be a $75 fee for not filling the propane, and a $100 fee for not emptying the black and grey water tanks.

What’s included
We have stocked the trailer's kitchen with most things you would need to cook. There is a coffee maker, pots and pans, etc. There is a six-person eating set with plates, cups, and utensils.
Things to know
This is a non-smoking trailer, absolutely no smoking in or close to the trailer. If the trailer is returned with the smell of any smoke other than campfire smoke, there will be a cleaning fee deducted from the deposit. In order to tow the trailer, you need to have a brake controller and a 7 prong connection. This is an ultra-light trailer so it potentially could be pulled with a 150, but I do not recommend it.
