Three slide outs make for a huge common area, with cozy reclining theater seating, a 50” pop-up TV with DVD player + fireplace! Kitchen comes stocked with all the basic kitchen essentials you’d need to cook, and enjoy our trailer in comfort.
Outside, you’ll find two hook-ups for TV’s, and an outdoor kitchen! The outdoor kitchen has its own good sized fridge, two burner cooktop, sink with hot + cold water, and good counter space!
*Pets allowed conditionally; $20/day per pet. Any evidence of pets on board without prior approval incurs a $500 fee.
*We require tanks to be returned empty. If they are not, a $250 fee will be incurred.
* Delivery Only. Delivery Fee depends on current market situations; maximum of 100 miles.
*No dry camping or boondocking. Must have at least 30amp electric access, water + sewer hookups on site. Renter responsible for verifying these hookups, or else rental will not be fulfilled, and/or cancelled, potentially with no refund.
* The awning is not to be used. Oklahoma weather + wind will typically damage an awning.
* Pickup is 11am on last day of rental period. If renter occupies unit beyond this time, a fee of $50 per hour, rounded up to the next hour will be incurred.
* Only permitted to use products provided on unit. A $500 fee will be incurred if it is suspected that toxic products have been used, including cleaners, fragrance, bug sprays, etc
