New 2021 Double Bunk Jayco Flight Baja Rocky Mountain edition camper with thermal package. Only used 4 times so ready to get out and adventure wherever your desires may take you!
Fully loaded and very family friendly with a queen bed, two large full-size bunk beds, and a dinette that can convert into one more bed.
Three burner stove and oven.

Power Awning with LED light-strip.
Full Hookup Renters: With full hookups you have unlimited water and electricity. You can run the air conditioner and microwave, hairdryers, etc.
NON-Hookup Renters: There are two big new batteries on this camper that we aim to have fully charged for each renter. And those will keep the lights on and water pump going for several days. Exactly how long depends on how much electricity you use. NO microwave or air conditioner when non-hookup/off-grid camping though! The batteries aren’t strong enough. (You’d need a powerful gas generator, which would be an extra charge. Ask if you really need that option.) Propane can run the hot water heater to still have warm showers.

OFF-Grid Water Capacity:
There is an 80 gallon freshwater tank on this camper. And 40 gallon grey and black water tanks. How fast that gets used up just depends on how much you use per day.

We can do full bedding of sheets, blankets, pillows if you’d like. Some people prefer their own. Let us know your preferences.
The queen bed has been upgraded to a real spring/memory foam mattress, though it’s a bit shorter than normal due to being RV sized.
TOWELS:
Bath towels, hand towels, kitchen towels all included. Plus there’s a pop up drying rack that can be handy.
CAMPING CHAIRS & OUTDOOR TABLE:
5 camping chairs. Outdoor folding table for outdoor cooking/eating. (Goes great with the outdoor kitchen.) Outdoor rug (kinda finishes the ‘glamping’ look)
STOCKED KITCHEN:
pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, coffee cups, mixing bowls, can opener, whisk, serving spoons, pasta drainer, French press coffee maker, single pour over coffee maker with filters, grilling tools, cutting board, food storage containers, ziplocks, pancake griddle and flipper, cast iron grilling slab.
TP and paper towel.
Small First aid kit with bandaids and ointment.
