The Just Right Jayco is a 2021 Jayco Greyhawk. RV is very clean and user friendly. Features automatic leveling, push button awning, one large full wall slide out, exterior speakers, and enough room to comfortably sleep 6-8. RV has a comfortable queen bed in the master bedroom, bunks for the kids, large bunk over cab, and sofa and dinette that can also be converted to sleeping areas. RV features a TV in the common area, master bedroom and a TV in each bunk. The RV is easy to drive and features the Ford Godzilla V-8 motor which does not sacrifice power but makes it better on fuel than other RV's of similar size. RV is equipped with a generator and two air conditioners for those hot summer days!
What’s included
RV comes with pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, cups and plastic cutlery. RV also has a Brita water pitcher and filter, electric kettle, small coffee maker. There will be 4 rolls of RV safe/septic safe toilet paper provided and paper towels. Also included are camping chairs, camping table, horseshoes and clean sheets- you will need to bring your own bedding and pillows.
Things to know
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
We are pretty flexible with pick up and drop off. Many of our renters actually prefer to do the walk through and orientation the night before their rental begins so they are free to pick up any time on the day of their rental, which usually works best for us as well. However, due to insurance policies we are sadly unable to allow early release of the vehicle.
Other things to note
We really want you and all our guests to enjoy their stay in the Just Right Jayco. Below are highlighted a few rules to ensure that things remain in good condition so all guests can have a great experience. Thank you so much!
-You are fully and financially responsible for any accidents or damage that occurs while RV is in your possession.
-Smoking, cooking fish, bacon or malodorous food in the RV will result in forfeiture of part or all of your entire deposit for deep cleaning.
-No climbing on the roof no exceptions. You will be held responsible for damages to the roof and forfeit your deposit if you or any of your party are on the roof.
- 30V amperage for electrical hookups
-Black and grey tank must be dumped and empty prior to returning the RV. There will be a $150 charge if tanks are not returned empty.
-Upon departure the gas tank will be full please return the RV with a full tank. If RV needs to be refueled you will be charged $25 fee plus $1 per gallon of gas.
