All linens washed at high temperatures after each rental.
RV is cleaned, washed and supplied with Full Fuel, Full Water and empty Grey and Black Tanks prior to every rental.
Full instruction at time of delivery and owner is available during rental to assist if needed.

Sleeps 8: king size bed in the bedroom, queen size bunk, sofa converts to sleep 2 and dinette converts to sleep 2 but we recommend using it for 2 small kids or one short adult. Rob is 6'7" and Janine is 5'8" so we can tell you what the dealer calls roomy sleep space and what we call it is not the same - the struggle is real! :)
Always plan to watch out for low lying obstacles - the height of this RV is 148in (12ft 4 inches).
This rig has a generator and is configured with an outdoor entertainment package including outdoor TV and kitchen. This RV is perfect for couples on extended vacations and family camping trips.

So many great places within easy reach:
Guadalupe River State Park is a charming natural oasis in central Texas, featuring one of the best swimming holes in the Hill Country. Just an hour drive south of Austin, RVers can enjoy plenty of water sports here! The river winds along the northern edge of the park, alternating between tranquil waters and roaring rapids. There's over a dozen miles of hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding trails. Some other fun things to do at the park include geocaching and birding. The park also offers plenty of parking for large vehicles and several full-hookup RV camping spots.
To the northeast are Lake Conroe and Lake Livingston, great locations for camping, fishing and water sports.
One of the best hikes in Texas begins nearby: the trailhead for the Lone Star Trail begins near Lake Conroe and tracks east for 129 miles through the Sam Houston National Forest.
To the southeast is Galveston TX and beaches extending for miles to the southwest along the Gulf Coast.
Attending an event or competing in one and need a home base nearby? Houston, Austin, San Antonio are all less than 200 miles away (see our delivery rates for more details). And College Station is right up the road for all you Aggie fans!
