New 2021 Pioneer! 35' Heartland RV queen bed in the front bedroom, 14' slide both couch and table both make into beds, has a separate room in the back with 4 bunk beds an table/entertainment center, Sleeps 9.
We have an CUA Permit so we are able to deliver into Watchman's campground inside of Zion National Park. Very few RV owners have obtained this permit which is required to rent inside the the park at Watchmans
We take extremely good care of this coach! As it is our personal trailer so we do ask that any renter respects and cares for it while in their use! Please no smoking and no cats allowed inside the coach. The coach is deep cleaned before each reservation but we do ask that the inside of the trailer is lightly cleaned prior to pick up. Thanks!

Things to know
We prefer to provide the delivery services so that we can ensure the safety and liability of our investment. In order to allow someone else to tow our trailer you must have at least a 3/4 ton tow vehicle with RV experience. Please inquire with the owner if you have any questions about it being possible to tow the trailer. The trailer is thoroughly cleaned inside and out between reservations. We take pride is knowing our unit meets or exceeds required sanitation practices. We also make sure to maintain and fix any issues that arise due to usage.
