This new in 2021 unit can comfortably sleep a total of 9. The great floor plan comfortably sleeps 4 in the two queen-sized bunk beds in the garage (has separate A/C unit and ½ bath), with room for more on two air mattresses if you need them. The large living room has its own slide and has theater room style couches with heat and massage, and there is also a twin-sized cubby bed over the garage entrance, accessible by a ladder. The master bedroom has its own slide and a king-sized adjustable bed with a memory foam mattress pad. The master is also attached to the full bath and shower with its own private door and its own A/c unit. The unit has three A/C units for those hot Florida summers, a fireplace, and a 15,000 BTU furnace for our mild winters.

You'll love the open kitchen with its large pantry and glass-inset cabinets, plus a handy booth dinette for eating or working on your laptop away from home. The large front king bedroom provides a welcome rest after a long day of action camping! There is a flat-screen TV in the living room and a fireplace; the garage and master bedrooms also have small flat-screen TVs. There is also surround sound inside with speakers outside as well. There is an icemaker and a small refrigerator outside, and we provide a gas Weber grill (and grilling tools). The RV is stocked with towels, dishes, utensils, a coffee maker, and a toaster oven. We also provide access to paddle boards and electric bikes for an additional fee if you would like.
Things to know
Truly offering you a turn-key, worry-free rental experience! We will deliver our unit to the RV resort park of your choice, set it up for you, and crank up the A/C (or the heat) before your arrival. We do not allow our unit to be towed by our guests, but delivery, setup, and tear-down are included for $150 anywhere within 50 miles. We only allow the unit to be placed at full hook-up RV resorts and provide a list of recommended ones throughout our area of FL. For renters interested in staying at a resort out of our immediate area, no worries, we are happy to offer delivery within 150 miles, for $3.50 a mile. From our location this covers the upper Keys, east coast of FL and North Florida. Additional mileage can be negotiated with us directly.
