Things to know
This unit is smoke free and no pets allowed. The RV will only be delivered to 50amp full hookup camp sites that include sewer and water, pad site must be 45’ or longer for the correct fit of this 42’ unit. When booking your space please call to ensure the space is adequate. The owner will not be responsible for the unit not fitting in the space, and the RV will need to be returned back to the owner. The RV will not be taken to an area smaller than 45’ pad. Please read and follow the instructions left to operate all equipment for the camper. If using in the winter months, the unit will not be delivered if the temperatures are below freezing. Central heat uses propane and consumes propane quickly. Use of the fireplace is recommended. Toilet paper is specific to RV’s. It can be purchased from the owner or in the camping area of Walmart or at any camping supply store. If incorrect paper is put in the tanks the renter will be charged a fee for cleaning of the tanks $300. Extra Fees will be charged for
