Super nice and clean Arctic Wolf 5th Wheel. Nice King size bed for the owner suite. Right next to the master is your master bathroom nice large walk in shower. Everything works, the Hvac will keep you cool inside. While we have had her out in 12° with the furnace/heater, you'll have to turn it off. She'll get it warm for ya. Fridge works great, both of them. There is an additional 1/2 bath inside at the rear of the camper in the back room. Kitchen is fully operational with a nice size fridge and 3 burner stove, oven as well. TV in the main living area. All around, great camper and plenty of space for you and your family. Outside kitchenette, fridge and Sink, with Propane hook up for portable grill. For my fellow obstacle course racers (Spartan, Tough Mudder, Savage) it has a outside shower to wash you off.
What’s included
Freshly washed linens and pillows ready for trip. Pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, blankets, paper towels, toilet paper, towels, wash rags, playing cards, seasonings, electric skillet, Keurig coffee maker. Camper has cable and antenna capabilities with TV in main room. Stereo has indoor and outdoor speakers. All accessories to hook up to the camp site. Missing something? Let me know what you need it stocked with and l have it in the camper when you arrive! Wine, liquor, mixers, drinks, food, etc. Will withhold from security deposit + additional 20%. There is an option for Generator rental. It's a Predator 3500. Just a heads up, it will not power both ACs but even, saying that, running the main AC will keep the Rig cool.

If you are to pull this rig, ensure that your tow vehicle is rated to pull this 5th Wheel.

Ensure the site that you are renting can hold a 43foot 5th wheel and a 50amp connection.
No smoking, vaping, or drug use; if the rig comes back smelling of any kind of smoke, a $500 penalty fee will be assessed for professional cleaning. We love pets and allow pets. If the RV comes back full of muddy paw prints and lots of dog hair or smells of urine or feces, $350.00 will be deducted from for professional cleaning.
Absolutely no cats allowed in rig, owners highly allergic. Should you chose a site that does not have black a grey water dump station, a fee of 125.00 will be deducted from your security deposit for a dump fee. General cleaning is required of the renters. If you have food, take it and dispose of it. We will do the final cleaning and sanitizing but pick up after yourself and make sure everything is in decent condition. If the Rig is trashed, a $200.00 fee will be deducted from your security deposit.
Overall, if you take care of the rig like it's your own, you won't have any fees.
