This trailer weights 3447 dry and 7600 LBS loaded.
You Will need A break controller in working condition .
If you are going to dry camping you will need to bring or rent a generator, I have one for rent its $50 one time fee, 4 hours are included with rental any hours over will be charge $4.00 per additional hour.
If you’re having the RV delivered you will have to pay for setup $50.00
No smoking or vaping in the RV if this rule is broken there’s $200 fee.
Pets are allowed but there’s a $25 fee for extra cleaning .
Please return the RV in the clean condition it was deliver or pick up or there will be a addition $100 fee for bring the RV dirty
It's the renters responsibility to return the RV"s Grey and Black tank empty or a $80.00 fee will be charge.
