What’s included
To keep this unit priced reasonable for families, this is a shell, meaning you bring your own favorites...such as blankets, pillows, & towels. We provide hand & dish soap, hand & dish towels, a roll of paper towel, & 2 rolls of RV toilet paper to get you started (you will need to purchase additional RV toilet paper per your needs). An outdoor folding table & four camp chairs are available for your use. Don't forget to bring your paper plates, paper cups, & disposable utensils.
This unit is home to a large slide out which accommodates a king size bed & closet area in the rear of the unit. It includes 2 bunks within the slide. The table turns into a bed. The couch turns into a bed. And the most used by our family...is the full size bed/drop down bunk/above the cab. This unit will sleep 5 adults comfortably (2 in king bed, 1 on table, 1 on couch, 1 in cab bunk). If kids are in the mix, you could sleep 8 kids and still have the king bed for 2 adults...10 people!

Unit is expected to be cleaned upon return, including surfaces wiped down & floors vacuumed (if not, fees apply).
All garbage & personal items are expected to be removed upon return.
Please do not leave things behind for the next renter to use. Although well intentioned, there is just not that much room in RVs to store a lot of stuff. Less is more. Thank you for understanding.
