This is a great RV, which will serve you well in a variety of contexts.
We love this RV for many reasons. We have used it for short/long vacations, day trips, and sports tournaments. Compared to other RVs, this RV maximizes your gas mileage because of its size.
and it is perfect for a party of 2 or a party of 4.
No pets will be allowed.
The RV should be returned in the same condition (inside and out) as it was rented.
A $150 cleaning fee and a $150 disposal fee will be charged for all renters.
The $150 cleaning fee is used to clean and prepare the RV for the next renter.
The $150 disposal fee is used to flush/clean the gray/black tanks and prepare the RV for the next renter.
The RV should be returned with a full tank of gas.
If the RV is not returned with a full tank of gas, the renter will be charged $200 to replenish the gas tank.

The RV drives very well. Make sure you use your mirrors while you are driving (this was a bit of adjustment at first, but you will quickly grow accustomed to it).
We have also installed an item on the back window, so you actually see who is behind you
(great addition!).
Please MAKE SURE you only use the 30-amp plug-ins at your camping sites.
DO NOT use any other other power plug-ins or power converters to supply the RV with electricity.
The RV owner will not be held liable for injury/death resulting from inappropriate power hookups or usage
which violates this mandate to only use the appropriate 30-amp hookups.
