What’s included
Kitchen: Stocked with everything for cooking and eating for 5 and fully loaded! Pot, pans, lids, prep/mixing bowls, cutting boards with knives, silverware and a variety of spices beyond just salt and pepper. We also have plates, cups, bowls to eat and appliances include a K-cup coffee maker, 1000w air fryer, microwave and standard stove and oven. Our rule is that is must be setup well enough for us to use and cook in it! Dish soap, sponge and drying mat provided.
Living: TV with a 4k Fire Stick (you must use your own hotspot), bluetooth sound system with DVD reader and HDMI.
Bathroom: 1 towel and washcloth for each persons staying, and 2 hand towels. Toilet paper included- MUST use provided TP.
Master bed comes with a sheet set, pillowcases and all season quilt/blanket.
Bring pillows, and sleeping bags for the beds beyond the master. Additional bedding available for small $15 fee for laundering. For colder season bring a heavy blanket or sleeping bags for extra warmth if dry camping/boondocking.
Roof A/C and 1 plug-in fans included. (These require being plugged into 30 amp power or generator to work)
Generator: If you do not have 30amp electrical hookups, it is mandatory to have an approved Generator. We have serviced high quality Generators available as an add-on that includes a full 20lb propane tank. We have 2 options one that is a 30amp quiet inverter and the other is more loud but heavier.

Things to know
This RV is half-ton friendly at 6000lbs dry weight, and we do allow dry/boondock camping with prior approval for experienced campers. Direct handoff and walk through tour required.
$175 minimum delivery and $6/mi past 30 miles.
Vacuum, swiffer with wet pads, broom and cleaning wipes and various sprays and dishwashing items included. Basic cleaning is expected by renter during your use. beyond minor surface cleaning, sanitization and linens etc. Deep cleaning: $300 fee to bring in a cleaner due to time needed.
Rules:
No smoking or drug use of anykind inside RV.
-Pets are allowed for $60/pet maximum of 2. Undisclosed pets will be charged $150/pet plus any damage.
-Towed/picked up rentals are required to dump the holding tanks and refill the propane tanks. *Do not exchange the tanks as they do not sell full tanks and they are often out of date, requiring the tank be serviced by a propane professional for $60. Holding tanks not emptied: $90, propane not refilled is $35/20 lb and $52/30lb. Late fees of $75/hr or another night apply for waiting more than 30 minutes for delivery handoffs and pickup/dropoffs beyond agreed on time.
-Evidence of animal damage will be $300 minimum, plus any additional amount invoiced for professional repairs.
Evidence of smoking or drug use in RV OR abandonment of RV is an automatic loss of security deposit and a $2000 charge plus any damage. This is to reduce incidences of this occurring.
