Enjoy a luxurious camping adventure in our 2020 Jayco Melbourne Prestige LP, built on a Mercedes 3500 chassis with modern decor and carefully selected upgrades like auto-leveling, automatic awning with LED lights, Euro-style curved cabinetry, full hookups, heating and air conditioning. At just 26 ft. long, this motorhome is easy to drive. We do not offer delivery.
This beauty sleeps four (4), depending on adult/child mix. The primary bed is a queen. Over the cab there is a bunk-style mattress (large enough for an adult or two kids) and features a wide panoramic viewing window with automatic sleeping shade. Third, the dinette converts to a sleeping space that is most suitable for a child.
There are four (4) seatbelts. The driver's seat, passenger seat, plus two in the dinette area. The RV has one large slide-out which is the main living area. It has low mileage, is kept very clean, and has high-end features.

Sleeping: we provide fresh linens, pillows, and blankets for all sleeping areas.
Bathroom: lightweight quick-dry "SandCloud" towels, a starter set of toilet tissue safe for RV (please only use RV toilet tissue), plus shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Kitchenette: stocked with paper products: plates, cups, utensils, paper towels, plus cooking basics for indoor cooking, and a Keurig coffee maker (single cups).
Outdoor: premium lounge-style camping chairs (4), a quick-dry camping mat, a camping tent (optional, sleeps up to 4), two premium hammocks, bike rack for up to 4 bikes (optional).

Things to know
Rental includes a 60-minute in-person walk-through with instructions on how to operate, plus a written guidebook.
Pickup is between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. Return is also between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm.
RV must returned on time and in the manner it was provided or fees noted in "add-on" section will be assessed: full tank of fuel, clean and free of trash, black and gray tanks properly dumped.
This is a non-smoking and pet/animal-free vehicle. We are unable to accommodate animals due to a serious health concern of owner's family. Any evidence of smoking and/or pets/animals will result in forfeit of deposit.
We are happy to provide you with some great camping suggestions, especially around Maryland, Virginia, and Delaware.
