We want to welcome you to our beautiful 2020 Heartland Pioneer Toy Hauler. It is a 28ft, 30amp full hook up travel trailer, but we will offer you to use our converter if only 50amp spots are available at the location you are staying at. We have made great memories in our camper, but since we aren’t able to use it as much, we want other people to create the memories we have enjoyed so much.
Our camper has one queen bed with a mattress topper and a privacy curtain for your convenance. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a kitchen table that turns into a double bed. Perfect space for kids, or an adult! It also has a full bathroom, and in the toy hauler section is a bedroom area that features a big dining room table which converts into a big bed.
We use a delivery service which is $250 to drop it off within 50 miles of Myrtle Beach SC. They set it up for you to use and come back to break it back down and take it to our storage unit.

Please note, if any of the below are not followed, we reserve the right to forfeit the entire security deposit.
Please no smoking in the camper!
Pets- please make sure if you bring your pet, they are supervised at all times. The renters are responsible for any damages done by your pet. We ask the pets stay off of the furniture as well to avoid any damages.
If the keys are lost or damaged there will be a $50.00 fee collected from security deposit.
Any interior or outdoor damage will be 100% the responsibility of the renters, could result in forfeit of all security deposit plus any extra money it would take to fix any issues caused by renters.
We are sure before every new renter picks up the trailer it is cleaned and sanitized. That is why we charge a $150.00 cleaning fee. We encourage before you check out, please use the cleaning supplies we provide as we require the camper to be returned in the same clean condition as when you picked it up. We reserve the right to charge an additional $75.00 fee from the deposit if these standers are not met, and the trailer is not cleaned.
