Our camper sleeps 4 people comfortably, the couch pulls out into a full size bed, bedroom bed is a king. Linens & towels are included as well as shampoo, conditioner, soap & bodywash. We provide paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags as well as some cleaning supplies with each rental. Rental also includes cookware, flatware, cups, plates, bowls & coffee mugs along with kitchen & cooking utensils. K-Cup coffee maker is included with variety of coffee & drink choices for the machine. Free tank of water upon request.
Renters are responsible for dumping waste tanks but a fee will be added if renter is unable to do so. We include 4hrs per night of generator usage with each rental, please message us directly with inquiries about the generator. Camper is equipped with a tankless water heater so you have the convenience of never running out of hot water. Camper is also equipped with 2 Smart TVs and is Wi-Fi compatible as well as an an electric retractable awning, indoor & outdoor speakers & LED lighting.
We clean and disinfect all surfaces upon return of rental & again before delivery of a new rental, including utensils, cookwear, plates, cups, ect. All linens, rugs & towels are also washed on highest heat setting with laundry sanitizer before & after every rental.
We would prefer to deliver & setup the camper unless renter has experience towing & setting up and has an F250/2500 or bigger truck. Our delivery fees are roundtrip.

Things to know
We like to speak with our renters prior to booking so please don't hesitate to reach out, we are flexible on pickup and delivery times and we will review our campers features with you upon delivery and setup. We also do make certain exceptions for pets, please contact us to discuss. Please contact us prior to renting to discuss your tow vehicle and it’s abilities to tow this trailer if you are not choosing the delivery/setup/pickup option. I’m available to speak with renters.
