All bedding, towels, dishes (for 8), essential cookware, toilet paper and cleaning supplies included. We even have a space saving highchair available upon request. Large refrigerator and freezer. Two flat screen televisions with Hdmi ports both on swiveling wall brackets so they can be enjoyed from many angles. New DVD player and a Roku so you can sign into your favorite streaming service where wifi is available.
Awning with LED lights and outdoor speakers.
Class C so it is very easy to drive.
We've outfitted it with duvet style bedding that is washed between rentals. The mattress protectors, pillow protectors, duvet covers and duvets are all cleaned between each rental.
We do ask that you return the RV as clean as when you received it. We wash all the linens and disinfect the home between rentals.

Things to know
Pets: Unless prior authorization is given pets are not allowed! Many renters are allergic to pets so we must charge extra because it takes a lot of work to clean the RV after a pet has been in it to remove all the pet hair, dander, and sanitize every surface. If you did not get permission and the motor home is returned with noticeable signs of a pet (smell, stains, hair, etc) you will be charged a cleaning fee of $150 and the cost to repair any damage done by the pet.
Cleaning: The motor home must be returned with a clean interior. “Clean” means as you received it & ready for another rental. All trash should be disposed of. All linens and bedding should be left on the back bed so we can collect them to be washed. Please leave the mattress cover on the bed so wet towels or soiled linens do not touch the mattress, we will remove it. Failure to return it clean will result in a $200 fee taken from your security deposit.
No Refunds for Early Returns: If you return early we do not refund the days you will not use. This includes if you have an accident or crash in the unit, however, if the crash is not your fault you may be able to recover your rental costs from the at-fault driver’s liability insurance.
Fee for Late Returns: If you are late returning the unit there is a $40 per hour late fee unless we have communicated via the rental website about changing the time. You will also be responsible for the cost of any canceled rentals due to your late return.
