Things to know
No off road trips.
No smoking, Absolutely No pets on any of the furniture, No climbing on the roof, It's 36 ft long trailer. You must have previous towing experience. If you prefer, I can tow and set it up where you want in 200 mile radius with set up & fuel charges. Dry weight is 7300 lbs.
No smoking. Pets must stay off furniture and counters.
Tow Vehicle must be 3/4 ton.. Must have a trailer brake. Must use weight distribution hitch when towing.
I'll supply 4 rolls of rv safe toilet paper and after that pls supply your own.
