Trailers weights 7,400lbs empty and recommended having a tow unit with tow capacity of 10,000 or greater.

Any excessive required cleaning taking over 1 hour. Such as mud, sand, spills, stains. Bodily fluids in/on/around toilet, shower, sinks. Food debris left in fridge, freezer, oven, or microwave.
Basic Cleaning: $50
Light vacuum, sweep, and wipe down of surfaces.
Dump Fee: $50
Emptying grey and/or black water tanks.
