Our 2020 Rockwood Mini Lite is a cozy and comfortable home away from home. This RV is perfect for couples to getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city and work. Let us take care of all the details! From delivery to setup and beyond, we are here to make your stay as stress free and relaxing as possible.
Our RV sleeps 2 comfortably in a queen size Murphy Bed with a new memory foam mattress. An additional adult or 2 smaller children can sleep on the converted U-shaped dining booth.
When not in use, the Murphy bed can be stowed, revealing a comfortable couch with foot rests and side tables. TV has adjustable mount so you can be view from bed, couch or kitchen table. Kitchen includes a double sink, small gas oven, with 3 burners, microwave, and brand new refrigerator, as well as a LARGE pantry. Bathroom is unexpectedly large for a camper of this size, with a ceramic flush toilet, sink, roomy shower, and LOTS of storage space.
Like to cook? The outdoor kitchen is ideal when you don't want to cook inside and isn't that part of camping.....the food? The outdoor kitchen features a 2-burner propane stove, sink with running water, nice size refrigerator and additional storage for cooking utensils.
DELIVERY - SETUP - RETURN
A charge of $250 will be automatically added to deliver, setup and return trip for the RV. This fee covers trips up to 200 miles and includes tank cleaning (black tank dump).

Bathroom - Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bath mat, RV toilet paper, and anti-bacterial soap.
Kitchen - Plates, bowls, coffee cups, glasses, silverware, Keurig coffee maker (bring your pods), knives, cutting board, measuring cups and spoons, can opener, peeler, pots and pans (for use on stove, not fire), small mixing bowls, various cooking utensils (wooden spoons, spatulas, etc), kitchen hand towels, dish soap, paper towels and scrubber.
Bed - bedding for queen-size bed. If using the dinette for a bed, you will need to bring bedding. BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS!
Hookups - One or two full propane tanks depending on length of stay. We will take care of this part for you.
As part of our delivery and pickup service we will handle dumping the tanks for you. This is not the most pleasant part of camping and is included. If for some reason the tank needs to be cleared before the end of your stay we will walk you through the process. Its really easy, just not much fun!

- If bringing a dog, please select the pet cleaning fee. ***REQUIRED***
- Pets should NEVER be left unattended.
- Do not walk on the roof.
Our camper is for families and making memories. We do not rent for parties, festivals, etc. There is a strict no smoking policy inside the camper as we have allergies to cigarette smoke. We are dog lovers and want you to feel comfortable bringing your dogs.
However, we cannot allow cats because of allergies.**
******Please make sure to clean the RV at the end of your stay and leave it as clean as when you arrived. Failure to clean the RV will incur a penalty fee of $125.00 ******
